Our company had more than 20 years and expertise for a wide range of coatings and lining materials, such as Natural Rubber, EPDM, Neoprene, Butyl and rubber lining with Linatex rubber. We have undertaken rubber lining projects for Water treatment Plants, Oil and Gas Industries, Power Stations, Chemical Plant and Elecronics Industries.

There are 3 types of bonding method, namely hot bonding, cold bonding and self-cure bonding.

HOT BONDING:

• Preparation of the surface with sandblasting & clean with solvent.
• Application of a coat of rubber cement on both rubber sheet & metal, apply pressure to squeeze out any trapped air.
• Place the product in autoclave for steam curing.

COLD BONDING:

• Preparation of the surface with sandblasting & clean with solvent.
• Application of a treatment coating on the metal surface.
• Gluing the rubber sheet onto the metal, apply pressure on the entire surface to achieve uniform contact, squeezing out any trapped air.
• Keep the product under open area for curing.
