Q-Flex was incorporated in Malaysia on 5 November 1993 under the Companies Act 1965 as a private company limited by shares under the name of Q-FLEX INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD. In year 1997, Q-Flex has been acquired by a listed company, UNIMECH GROUP BHD and has become one of its subsidiary companies.

The key management team of Q-Flex comprises people with proven capabilities and experience in their respective field of production, quality control, engineering design, production planning, marketing & human resources management, has contributed significantly to the company's success.

The principle activities of Q-Flex includes design & manufacturing of rubber based products such as bellow type expansion joints, vibration absorption sheets, rollers, rubber sheets, rubber technical parts, gaskets, extrusion products and rubber lining. The company commenced its manufacturing operations in November 1993 & sells its products under the brand name 'Q-FLEX'. The types of rubber material we produce includes Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Butyl, Viton, Silicon, NBR & EPDM.
